Very surprising to see the difference on the scale, but I was very dehydrated!
For reference I bounced around 118-119 for the last month
my 5lbs of protein powder just arrived!! I think I’ll take a scoop to class tomorrow because I have super long 4-hour blocks of class…
living at home is so hard because there’s all this amazing free food sitting around. can’t handle the concept of having to eat less right now. so why not bulk!
