easy non-cardio day today, but still sweating like a pig!!
finished ab ripper x and insanity cardio resistance and power.
so hard. so much ice cream. blaaaah
Mostly thanks to Insanity, I can feel the ridges/striations in my abdominal muscles through my skin. I also feel movement in my glutes/upper glutes where I had noooo idea that muscles even existed!

hahahah yes!! my roommate and I did it tonight together and we say that whole quote at the same time. Same with “this shit is bananas yo” in pure cardio (I think?)

Shaun T is great. This felt harder and I sweat sooo much.. I think it’s because Pure Cardio & Ab Ripper X destroyed me yesterday.
Whatever I feel good! It’s always over so quickly and I never regret it afterwards! Insanity is awesome.
First time doing Ab Ripper X and it felt soooo good. I feel like it’s a way better ab workout than I’ve been doing previously (POP pilates, insanity, spark people). I love it!! I can’t wait to do it again (god that was weird to say..) You might be able to download ab ripper x here, not sure though!
Pure Cardio is getting easier too I think. I sweat soo much and I never usually sweat when I work out! The insanity links are here.
Insanity cardio power and resistance. My whole body is sweaty and slimy this is so gross but so good!
Just did the plyometric cardio circuit, and I managed to start every different set, versus cutting out on 80% of the whole video the first time.
