Shaun T is great. This felt harder and I sweat sooo much.. I think it’s because Pure Cardio & Ab Ripper X destroyed me yesterday.
Whatever I feel good! It’s always over so quickly and I never regret it afterwards! Insanity is awesome.
First time doing Ab Ripper X and it felt soooo good. I feel like it’s a way better ab workout than I’ve been doing previously (POP pilates, insanity, spark people). I love it!! I can’t wait to do it again (god that was weird to say..) You might be able to download ab ripper x

Just did the plyometric cardio circuit, and I managed to start every different set, versus cutting out on 80% of the whole video the first time.

Caramelized onions, asparagus and shrimp pasta! (Taken with
Edited to add recipe:
1. Cook thinly sliced onions for 20+ minutes on medium low with a little olive oil and garlic
2. Add chopped asparagus, cover and cook on medium until crisp-tender.
3. I used cooked, frozen shrimp which I defrosted and rinsed then threw in.
4. Toss with cooked pasta and 1/4 cup of pasta water! I added a bit more olive oil too.
The water, oil and burnt bits from the onions make a great sauce

15 CALORIE Frozen Whipped Cream Bites!
If you LOVE ice cream like I do, you will absolutely love these
15 calorie treats. A cup of ice cream can have over 330 calories, while the whole can of whipped cream has about 290!
Buy lightly sweetened whipped cream in a can (look at the ingredients to see if it’s truly just cream)
Make little swirls on a baking sheet, and pop in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
I piped these into
cupcake papers which made them take up less space. Every time you get an ice cream craving pop one of these in your mouth!
