Anonymous asked: Hi there! I love your blog- its so inspiring! Thank you for answering so many questions from your followers. I actually have a question myself, and I was hoping for your advice. I'm very top heavy- I have big boobs, wider shoulders, thin waist, and have chicken legs. I know there's no way to spot reduce on your body but, I was wondering what I can do to attain smaller boobs so my physique looks more proportional? Again, thanks so much for the time and advice you give your followers! xoxo
You are such a delight, anon! So polite!
The only non-surgical way to reduce boob size is through losing fat (and also reducing pectoral muscles from underneath). I’ve personally experienced this shrinkage through my current diet and exercise (I’m a 34DD and my bras are much looser now).
Are you a swimmer by any chance? Your body seems to match that description. If so, I’d suggest choosing a type of cardio that doesn’t build the upper body (running, cycling, blahblah). Along with a good diet, this form of cardio should build up those “chicken legs” of yours and lose a little fat. This should make you a little more proportional.
Clothing can also make a HUGE difference. Here’s some info about clothing your body shape. And I personally love the Lillyette strapless minimizer bra, you should check it out!

Do two to three sets of the indicated reps per move, three times a week on nonconsecutive days. You’ll need two medium-resistance exercise bands and two washcloths or paper plates as gliders.
This is what I did for a few months and seriously noticed the difference!
