I HATE SCALES.
I refuse to measure my progress in numbers.
I do not feel 118 lbs. I feel like my under-arm fat is gone, my arms have more lean muscle, my legs are much stronger. My belly is almost flat, my boobs are perkier (albeit smaller) and I have much more energy. Most importantly I feel more confident!
I will NOT place any importance on the number on the scale. I still have a way to go to feel 100% happy with my body but I’m getting there.
