People always say “food is for fuel, not for pleasure”. Being a Europhile/Gallophile, as well as a huge Julia Child fan, I can prove to you that food CAN be for pleasure. Someone can ENJOY their food, and still lose weight. Stop hating food. Stop being afraid of food. That’s why America’s obese.
Stop buying plastic garbage food. Shop organically. Chew your food slowly. Savor the taste. Also, eat fruits, vegetables, and if you’re feeling it, a Sunday croissant.
