I did tons of walking, ordered fish/chicken with veggies at restaurants, still ate dessert.. I ate at or slightly above maintenance so I’m not too worried!
If you’re curious as to what I think are good options at restaurants, this is what I had
- Grilled salmon with steamed veggies and mashed potatoes (didn’t eat the potatoes)
- Garlic chicken and broccoli with brown rice (at a Thai restaurant) and some soup
- Grilled sea bass salad
- Filet mignon (great because it’s pretty lean for steak) and veggies
- Grilled basa (fish) with olive/tomato sauce and couscous
