Traveling madness recap

I did tons of walking, ordered fish/chicken with veggies at restaurants, still ate dessert.. I ate at or slightly above maintenance so I’m not too worried!

If you’re curious as to what I think are good options at restaurants, this is what I had

  • Grilled salmon with steamed veggies and mashed potatoes (didn’t eat the potatoes)
  • Garlic chicken and broccoli with brown rice (at a Thai restaurant) and some soup
  • Grilled sea bass salad
  • Filet mignon (great because it’s pretty lean for steak) and veggies
  • Grilled basa (fish) with olive/tomato sauce and couscous
