I work out 1-2 times a week depending on how my work shedule is. I have already passed my old GW. I keep losing weight without any real effort... I have good food habbits now and I like it. People around me ask if Im still losing weight. (not in a good way) I dont now if I wanna stop or continue... what do u think i should do?

What I suggest is that you take some time to think about yourself and what’s going on in your life. Are you happy with the way you look? Do you obsess about food and losing weight? Do you get feelings akin to addiction when you see a lower number on the scale? Why do you think you need to keep losing weight?
I think those are signs of a minor eating disorder if you’re losing so much weight “without effort”
Take some time to really appreciate and love your body!
