See a doctor, I’m absolutely not qualified to help. 

In the meantime, you could try tying your shoelaces REALLY TIGHT or buying new shoes (go to a specialty running store not like Big 5 because they’ll help fit shoes to your gait).

Use an ace wrap or tape your foot too.

  1. jcl-fitness said: Eat a banana before hand. The potassium in them helps with muscle cramps. Also, be sure you’re drinking plenty of water! Muscle cramping is also a sign of dehydration. Good luck! x
