I did it for 3 weeks before I moved to a house where I can’t really do it, but it WHIPPED me into shape really quick. I noticed my legs looked way better, I became stronger, and my belly was firmer. This was in combination with a 1400-1500 calorie diet.
You’d see much better results if you did it for the whole 2 months!
