i-sabella-a asked: In answer to the person who said they were going on a trip to the uk -, all the supermarkets have a 'ready to eat' section of sandwhiches, sausage rolls etc, and if you check there are always a few ready made salad selections among them which have the calorific information on the label, you can some pretty scrumptious stuff at around 170 -250 calls that cost just a pound or so :)
