Anonymous asked: hey, i have a question regarding insanity. i injured my foot three weeks ago and it's gonna take at least another two-three weeks until i'll be able to run or do cardio (or anything that puts pressure on that foot). now the problem is before the injury i was done with the first 4 weeks + recovery week and now i don't know if i should start all over again or go on with the next 4 weeks?
You can do whatever you want. Insanity is just an exercise program! The first month is less hard than the second, so if you feel that you’re sufficiently in shape you can start on the second month. Try some of the workouts in the 2nd, if they’re too impossibly hard (they SHOULD be challenging though) then go back to the first!
