#1 it keeps you alive! Humans can live 7-8 days without water and 7-8 WEEKS without food!
It helps to make all your bodily functions run smoother, flushes out toxins, gets rid of bloat, gets rid of headaches, muscle pain…I could go on but just DRINK WATER!
