Anonymous asked: does burning 300 cal in a 50min cardio class with weights (non-stop circuit style) sound normal for a 107lb girl? we use 5lb body bars, 2lb weights, and 5lb weights (lame i know lol.) and a 10in step that we jump up & down on & step. we do jumping jacks, squats, lunges, crunches, pushups, w cardio in between.. we dont take breaks & we move to the next thing. ive entered that on websites as calisthetics, hi impact aerobics, & circuit training along w my weight and i get around 300 for all
I honestly have no idea, sorry! I’m not qualified/don’t have the information to answer that. The amount could be anywhere between 300 and 500 in my guess! Buy a heart rate monitor like: Polar Ft40F Women’s Heart Rate Monitor Watch and that tracks calories much more accurately!
