Dumbbell Squats 2 sets of 10 (40 lb)
Weighted lunges 2 sets of 10 steps (20 lb)
Dumbbell deadlifts 3 sets of 10 (20 & 40 lb)
Plié squats 3 sets of 10 (20lb) 
Hanging leg raises 3 sets of 10
