Anonymous asked: yoga does really help you lose weight though. i think people need to remember that losing weight is mainly about what you're eating. if you incorporate any form of exercise and eat healthy foods, you'll lose weight. i have been eating healthy foods and have been doing ashtanga yoga daily. i have lost a great amount of weight due to yoga.
Yeah it’s mostly about diet but some people don’t understand that so its easier to just say do cardio (which burns much more calories). You have a good point though!
