Congrats on losing so much! I haven’t heard of the specific term “calorie shifting” but I understand what theyre trying to warn you about. If you keep your body burning at such a high deficit for long periods of time, your body will adjust to adapt to less food. So when you try to eat more later, you’ll store more fat.
I don’t know if that’s science backed, but it’s what some people talk about. You might want to ask a doctor or specialist if you’re really worried about this!
