I'm really afraid as to what to chose in restaurants, because i don't want to gain any weight (i'm 95 pounds, 5'4"). I know even salads aren't that good because the dressings can be really fattening...what do you order when you go out? any suggestions on what i should be ordering? thanks :)
You can order salads with the dressing on the side and with lean meat like chicken breast, flank steak, or shrimp on top. I’d order chicken breast (with no creamy sauces) whenever you can! But you’ll be playing so much soccer I wouldn’t really stress too hard about your diet - just stay away from the usual (fried foods, fatty steaks, etc). Good luck in your tournament!
