Might not be eating enough too, and too much cardio maybe. Eating away at the muscles she is building with the strength training. That’s what happened to me. Toooo much cardio.

Anonymous asked: So I've been trying to lose weight for a while now, my goal is to lose at least 20 pounds. I've been doing cardio (6-7 mile run in the morning, and a 45 minute cardio at the gym in the evening) I also have been lifting weights 3 times a week. For some reason I am gaining weight. I know this might be muscle because I am eating really clean. I do lift heavy and was wondering if I should start lifting lighter cause I just want to be lean?
Simple solution: stop weighing yourself!!!
How are your clothes fitting? Do you look better in the mirror? Pay attention to that. Keep lifting, doing cardio and eating well which are all PROVEN to improve your body and health. Don’t stop lifting heavy unless you injure yourself. Good luck and it seems pure on the right track!
