My personal trainer had me on a 1,200 calorie/day diet and I was working out 6 days a week for at least an hour a day but about a month ago I stopped losing weight and I was feeling hungry 24/7 so I stopped counting calories and just kept working out 6 days a week. I want to lose 15 more lbs so is there anything you would recommend me trying? I've gained about 3lbs back since I started eating regularly again. I'm really frustrated and I don't know what to do. :/



Your personal trainer’s plan seems sensible and it worked, I’d stick with it. You should also rethink your “regular” eating habits because once you lose the weight you want you’ll just gain it back, you need to make permanent life changes. Good luck!
