Yes! I did it and now I’ve done 2 5ks. It’s a great way to get into running! I haven’t ever heard of anyone completing the entire app. After you hit week 7 or so, most people break off and run on their own.

it’s how i started running! it’s super awesome. i didn’t lose any weight because i didn’t focus on my diet at the time i was doing it, but i’m sure you would if you actually ate well while doing it.
