I have no idea if you work out, what your body composition is like, or what you look like so I can’t really help.
But you are probably “skinny fat” which means you’re skinny but squishy. The “extra skin” is both fat and skin. A way to improve this is by gaining muscle, which will make you look more firm. This is actually what I’m trying to do!
Your BMI puts you at the lower range of acceptable weights, which means you probably don’t need to lose “weight” by cutting calories. Your body would benefit from eating more protein and doing exercises like lifting, calisthenics, or workouts like P90X. This will allow you to gain muscle to get rid of that squishyness!
