Anonymous asked: The only problem I have when it comes to working out and trying to lose weight is that I'll be doing so well by constantly going to the gym and getting my cardio in and eating healthy BUT then a week before getting my period I gain PMS symptoms and start craving foods and bloat tremendously. Any advice? Do you or any other females you know have this problem? It's really discouraging when these hormones interrupt haha.

I think it all drills down to self motivation. If your cravings are really intense, I’d talk to a doctor about birth control options to regulate your hormones!

Anyone else want to chime in?
