You might be being too strict in that you’ll give up soon. Pita and hummus doesn’t seem like a normal thing to feel guilty about (because it’s relatively healthy), so you might be limiting yourself? If you know what I mean. Cut yourself a little slack every now and then to take time to eat a little of what you enjoy!
