Lift heavy weights! Google “starting strength” which is a really good program. Do weighted squats and curls, find a boy to teach you proper form for the muscles you want to work on. I suggest first having a goal like: I want to gain 15 lbs of muscle mostly in my legs, butt, abs, and then working on those groups from there!
