Study days breakfast!

Chop up some pancetta, mushrooms and spinach and cook in a pan until done, then remove. Whisk two eggs in a bowl with a teeny bit of milk, cook on medium heat until the top looks set, then add the filling. Top with a tomato, and a side of fruit. Ta da!
