Wow that’s so nice to hear that it’s made a difference!!! Yes running will absolutely help. I’m not sure where you’re at in your life, but try walking to school/work/library/the dog much more. Walking is often unlooked as a way to strengthen/tone your legs! And basically any other forms of cardio will help tone your legs too.
