hah, your replies sometimes come across as smartass and bitchy. im pretty sure thats not how you want to come across, considering the fact that this is your healthy fitness blog. we're only looking for some genuine advice, and you're only just discouraging people from asking you more questions. most of your feedback is helpful, but just cool it.

Haha oops definitely didn’t mean to do that! I just get frustrated with a lot of questions that can easily be answered with the links on the side of my page and also silly thinspo ideals like thigh gaps. I swear I’m here to help if anyone needs it!!

thank you, I'll definitely try the squats and other workouts. I started running a couple weeks ago, and I'm at an average weight, but my inner-thighs have always been jiggly. thanks so much!

Great! I’ve definitely noticed a difference doing insanity and squats, it’s so strange in a good way to see big differences in my body! Good luck!

What helps with inner thigh jiggling?

If youre at a healthy bmi its just relaxed muscle.. if not, then losing fat by cardio and eating well and muscle training like squats to firm your quads. Check out inner thigh muscle work outs from pop pilates as well

Is running bad if you want a thigh gap?

Running is never, ever bad.

And thigh gaps are determined by bone structure not muscle. Plus theyre stupid.

so i started insanity yesterday, and im not that sore today. like im a little sore when i walk but its not that bad. does this mean i didnt work hard enough? or is that normal?

I have no idea what your current fitness level or muscle level is nor how hard you pushed.. there’s no way for me to answer that. But you can Google “delayed onset muscle soreness” to learn more about it

to the last anon, if you want quick weight loss, do atkins or just dont eat carbs, my dad lost 60 lbs in 3 months.

But once you start eating carbs again you’ll gain the weight back .. decide if its for you

any diet could do to loose fat quickly?

I suppose but eat at least 1200 calories and stick to fruits, veggies and whole grains and lean meats… None of that lemon, cayenne pepper water boiled egg crap diet

Do you find that you gain weight on Insanity? I've been doing it for 2 weeks and actually gained a pound, but I think it's muscle because I've lost like half an inch off my thighs and waist and started at decent athletic shape.

I don’t regularly weigh myself so I don’t know, sorry! That sounds like it’s really helping you so I’d focus on how your body looks/feels rather than weight, which can be misleading

So I weigh 223 pounds & I'm 5"6 I want to loose at least 40 pounds by the end of the summer. Do you think its possible? Also any recommendation.

Theres basic info and tips as well as tons of info on the left side of my page. 40 lbs seems too much too quickly.. 2 lbs per week is about the max healthiest. Talk to a doctor if you want to lose faster! Also it takes determination and consistency and there will be no shortcuts
