Anonymous asked: I know when trying to get a flat stomach, processed foods are bad for you. However, i'm really busy, & I usually grab a clif bar in the morning every day for a snack or a mini breakfast. Is that okay? I know processed foods aren't ideal, but will having one every day affect my progress?

did my first mile in 7:30 (if the dreadmill is accurate)!! I haven’t been able to do that since like 4 years ago! I also feel way more comfortable and confident with my squat form 3.2 miles in 30 mins squats 55lbs 4x10 abzz plank 2mins

cha-i asked: To the anon about holding in your tummy: While it is possible to empty your diaphragm of air and "suck it in" thus making your tummy look flatter, it is impossible to suck in fat. So if you've got fat on your tummy and you suck it in, it will still be visible. Hope that helps clear it up for you.
