Anonymous asked: i decided i wanted to lose weight and be more healthy (im 5'1 and 130lbs) i cut out almost all junk food and i eat a pretty clean diet and try not to go over 1200calories per day i drink like 2.5 liters of water a day and work out for about 45 mins 5-6x per week. i've done this for about 3 weeks and havent gotten any results at all :c why wont i lose weight what can i do?

Current Workout
My workout schedule currently is:
Day 1: elliptical 45 mins crossramp 10 resistance 5-10 and ab ripper X Day 2: assisted squats 5x5, dumbbell flys 5x5 and dumbbell rows 5x5 Day 3: elliptical and ab ripper x Day 4: squats 5x5, overhead press 5x5, deadlift 5x5 OR elliptical if I’m sore Day 5: rest then repeat!
While I’m on the elliptical I watch law and order or HBO go on my phone...

Abs 2 times a week (P90X Ab Ripper X)
Arms 1 time a week maybe 2 if you don’t do the entire routine (P90X Arms and Shoulders)
Legs 1 time a week (Plyo or machines at the gym or P90X Legs and Back)

bialoveee asked: To the anon asking about 30DS; youre supposed to do each level for 10 days each. You can make any level harder or easier by using lighter or heavier weights. I started with 3lb and worked up to 5lbs with ankle weights. I'm sure you could make up your own plan but this is what the video recommends. As long as you're working out and eating clean you should see results :)

I tried eating Spinach with a hint of lime, but that just made me want to throw up. Every time I eat a veggie, they taste like dirt or something even after I wash and clean them.
