Anonymous asked: a bit confused, suppose i have my daily intake of around 1300-1500 calories, to lose weight, should my net calories (after i've worked out and such) be around 700-1000? or should i eat around 1800-2000 and have my net intake be 1300-1500? for reference, i'm 5'5", female and 124 lbs!

Video: 8 Moves to Perk Up Your Boobs
Do two to three sets of the indicated reps per move, three times a week on nonconsecutive days. You’ll need two medium-resistance exercise bands and two washcloths or paper plates as gliders.
This is what I did for a few months and seriously noticed the difference!

Anonymous asked: So I have just started to follow your blog and find it really encouraging and informative. I have not had a chance to read through every post yet, so forgive me if you have addressed this already, but do you have any suggestions for big breasted women (36C) who would like to shrink their breast size and/or "firm them up" through exercise?

Anonymous asked: Similar to the previous questioner - I also have pretty wide shoulders - the problem here is that any excess fat kinda just sits on it. Any exercises to slim arms/shoulders/back without building excess bulk?

Anonymous asked: I'm pretty athletic and was born with a naturally athletic frame - I have wide shoulders and from frontal view am wider than most girls, though in profile I'm still pretty thin. Can you recommend any exercises to tighten up/whittle down? Especially for my arms/shoulders and core.
Should I do AbRipperX or 6 Week 6 Pack?
Has anyone had any experience with either?

Anonymous asked: If I am 147 pounds right know, six feet tall (if it matters) what exactly do you suggested for me to get down to about 143? I would like to loss weight around my thighs specifically, or get toned or something. I am clueless. Thank you.

Anonymous asked: 1 hour ten mins =/= 110 minutes. in 1 hour, ten mins, burning 100 cals every ten minutes, you'd burn 700. go for 1 hour 50 mins to burn 1100 at that rate. still possible, but long!

aloveholic asked: I'm not supporting whatever the previous person was doing but it is definitely possible to burn 1100 calories on the treadmill. I was on it for 10 minutes and burned 100 calories, granted it was on a steep incline but if say someone were to do that for an hour and ten minutes=bam=1100 calories.

Anonymous asked: what do you mean when you say 1200 'net' calories? Because I do exercise a lot. Today I burned 1100 calories at the gym on the treadmill, and every other day I run for 50 minutes (i'm kind of obsessed with running!!) hah
